• Ensure access control to the machine rooms
• Ensure fire detection in the machine rooms
• Ensure flooding detection in the machine rooms
• Ensure the protection of machine rooms against lightning
• Provide 24/7/365 remote support
• Be ISO 27001 certified and Tier 3 compliant at a minimum, including:
  • Communication obligations in the event of security incidents
  • Provider cooperation in the event of an audit
• Have an ISO 27001 compliant access control policy, and a SecNumCloud one for cloudgouv-eu-west-1 data centers
